Designed to give maximum penetration through shale and rock. For use with hydraulic auger drive attachments as fitted to backhoe, excavator or pendulum borers as well as small truck mounted operation. The spiral configuration of the tungsten Carbide teeth gives the LR series auger the aggression that other rock augers lack. Standard 1.2 metre length but other lengths available on request. Diameters range from 150mm (6”) to 900mm (36”).
