Tornado Auger Drive Units are manufactured using high quality, high torque hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes. There are a variety of hydraulic motor and gearbox ratio combinations available to suit every application. With both a heavy duty construction and the hydraulic hoses exiting the Tornado Auger Drive Units from the top; this allows the Tornado Auger Drive Units to follow the auger into the hole (depending on auger diameter) without fouling on the hose fittings. The hoses are easily accessible via a square cutout located at the front of the unit. The Tornado Drive Units are the first Australian designed post hole borers in tyhe world to carry a 3-year warranty.
